CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens to us all, and I am fully committed to honoring your time and mine. 1st time cancellations will be shown grace. 2nd cancellation will result in a pre payment of 50% of the service or a $100 deposit to reserve next appointment. If in the event I have to cancel, I appreciate grace, but if I cancel a 2nd time I will give 50% off the service for the inconvenience of reschedule or a $100 credit on service ticket.
